Terms of Service

Astronaria provides astrology, numerology, tarot, and AI-chat content based on information you provide, such as your birth date, time, and place. Astronaria is intended for entertainment and personal-growth purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Don't rely on it as a substitute for professional judgment.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Astronaria. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email (via Supabase Auth) — no password is stored. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in to your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Astronaria PRO and shop products (such as the profile PDF or palm reading) are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions — you pay once and keep access, there's nothing to cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR or USD depending on your location, and the currency shown at checkout is the currency you'll be charged.

Digital content and AI-generated reports are delivered to you immediately upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you may lose the statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content under EU consumer protection law. That said, if something goes wrong with your purchase or you're unhappy with what you received, contact us at privacy@astronaria.ee and we'll look at it in good faith.

Don't use Astronaria to:

- break the law;

- attempt to access another user's account or data;

- interfere with or disrupt the service;

- reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our content; or

- submit content that is abusive, illegal, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Readings, chat responses, and reports are generated using AI (including OpenAI's models) based on the information you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, or occasionally inappropriate despite our safeguards. Astronaria's content is for entertainment and reflection, not fact, and we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

Astronaria's software, design, text, and branding are owned by eBranding OÜ and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own personal use — you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it.

You can stop using Astronaria and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without affecting any purchases already delivered.

Astronaria is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBranding OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for decisions you make based on astrology, numerology, tarot, or AI-generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the app or by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
